It gives us great Pleasure to introduce TROPICAL BALE, Fine Dining Room.

TROPICAL was established at year 2000 in Dili, Timor Leste. It started as a Boutique Bakery at Fatuhada – Dili, then over 1 year due to the demand and success, the establishment moved to better & bigger property, in area called Vila Verde which located next to United Nation Head Office. In addition to Boutique Bakery, we also opened the Café which has casual and Open-Air Ambience. Since then the Cafe has been served about 250.000 United Nation & International Organization Personnel over 7 years period.

We are pleased to announce the opening of Fine Dining Room which located 3 km from Central Ubud. The Décor with exciting Ambience it reflects the Contemporary Balinese Culture blended with Open-Air Themes. The Contemporary French Cuisine with Asian Twist is created in Open-Kitchen Concept by our team of committed and Creative Chefs who cooks to order to your choice from our “Innovative & Dare to be Different” Menu.
Special feature includes Two Course Set Menu Lunch Promotion, Honeymoon High Tea, Three Course Dinner Tasting Menu and Romantic Candlelight Set Dinner for Honeymooner in Private Dining Room.

In addition to our Fine Dining Room, we also have opened Boutique Bakery which located in the Central Ubud. It produced Five Star Quality products likes Home Made Breads, Creative Patisserie, Special Occasion Cakes, Ice Cream and Cookies. Beside that we add a Boutique which sells products likes Hand-Made Tableware from Glassware to Design Cutlery and Hand-Made Souvenir as well.

We are also proud to introduce our “Well Trained” and “Friendly Balinese” Services by our Knowledgeable, Dedicated and Willing Team.
